DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Seeking an Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst for a staff augmentation engagement supporting strategic initiatives across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, and Enterprise Technology modernization.
This role will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, facilitate requirements, analyze processes, support strategic planning, and help deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on technology-focused initiatives
  • Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects
  • Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations
  • Experience assessing and improving business processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
  • Experience working with technical teams, product owners, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum delivery teams

Desired Experience
  • AI strategy, governance, or implementation initiatives
  • Data governance, data management, reporting, analytics, or modernization efforts
  • Enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs
  • Microsoft ecosystem experience (Microsoft 365 M365, Microsoft Copilot Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Foundry, etc.)
  • Large enterprise or public-sector environments
