What is a contract learning and development professional?

Contract Learning and Development professionals are specialists who work on a temporary or project basis to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs within organizations. They help employees improve skills, adapt to new technologies, or meet compliance requirements. These professionals may develop e-learning courses, conduct workshops, or create instructional materials tailored to an organization's needs.
