This candidate will lead a retail AOR, directly supporting specific retail locations while playing a key role in leading a group of Retail Security Business Partners as well as other professionals.
Minimum Qualifications
7 + years of loss prevention and or security experience with multi-store responsibility
3 + years of managing multiple direct reports with multi- store responsibility
Ability to travel to stores within assigned area, and maneuver around sales floor, stock room and offices
Ability to work for long periods of time at a desk on a computer
Flexibility to work all shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Wicklander & Zulawski interviewing and interrogation certification preferred
Certified Forensic Interviewer, LPQ preferred
Prior experience managing contract guarding and budgets preferred
