Description
We are seeking a CAD Designer to provide CAD support for the design and development of new products and product improvements. This role focuses on mechanical design, 3D modeling, PLM data management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet technical, cost, quality, and timing objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design components and mechanical assemblies to meet technical, cost, quality, and timing requirements
  • Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software
  • Manage PLM data, dataset releases, and Bills of Materials
  • Support compliance with customer engineering specifications and DVP&R activities
  • Design tools, fixtures, and equipment to support testing lab needs
  • Communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Graphics Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of CAD design experience; automotive experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5 and PLM tools (Teamcenter or Oracle PLM)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • German language skills a plus
