Job Title: Office Coordinator / Administrative CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations by processing purchase orders, performing accurate data entry, tracking and following up on purchase orders, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role offers a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity in a collaborative office environment with consistent workflow, opportunities for overtime, and flexible support for work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all required information is complete and correct.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy across all systems and documents.
  • Track and monitor purchase orders from creation through completion, proactively following up on status as needed.
  • Enter and update information in SAP and other internal systems to keep records current and organized.
  • Use basic Excel to maintain spreadsheets, track data, and support reporting needs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including organizing documents, filing, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Deliver professional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating updates clearly and promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and consistent process execution.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned to support overall business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
