Title: Phlebotomist I

Contract Duration: 6+ months.

Hrs/Wk: 40:00

Location: 86 Perkins St, Sonoma CA 95476

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $28.00/ Hr on W2.


Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.


Work Experience:

2 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.


Additional Job Details: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.


State of Credentials/Licenses Required: California CPT License


Shift/Time Zone: 7:45-4:45 PST

M-F w/ Rotational Sat every 3 weeks
