Administrative Assistant / Lab Support Coordinator
  • Contract 6 months with potential to convert or extend
  • Full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Pay range: $24-26/hour
Location
  • San Francisco, CA . fully on-site
  • Easily accessible via BART (Powell or Montgomery stations)
Daily Responsibilities
  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Receive and log incoming mail and sealed packages
  • Track and document materials received
  • Assist with invoice processing
  • Prepare kits for shipment via UPS and FedEx
  • Answer phones and provide customer service support
  • Communicate with vendors regarding deliveries and materials
  • Administrative support for researchers and lab operations
