Schedule: 9/80- Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

Responsible for RFP review and risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for assigned contracts/programs
Serves as the primary communication conduit between L3Harris and the respective customers
Provides proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer requirements
Analyzes material estimates, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
Works with cross-functional team to prepare proposals and approvals
Prepares and conducts negotiations
Ability to think critically, problem solve and work independently
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and determine priorities while working on multiple assignments
Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial, international and US Government customers
Champions change management process with internal and external team
Advises management of contractual rights and obligations
Ability to clearly present information to broad audience, inclusive of management

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to obtain USG clearance is desired, ability and willingness to travel, and work extended hours, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • 6-10 years' experience in Contracts management.
  • Project Management experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • MS Office Suite Proficiency
  • NCMA Certification
  • Strong communication skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington State, DC and Virginia (Greater D.C. area), Denver, or NYC areas is $91K-$170K. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia (outside of Greater D.C. area) is $79K-$147K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
