Job description

We are seeking detail-oriented and security-cleared Coding Technicians to support the validation, insertion, and management of Fleet and injury data using advanced reporting systems. This position requires precision, discretion, and familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and enter Fleet and injury data into tracking platforms, including the Risk Management Informationโ€“Streamlined Incident Reporting (RMI-SIR) system.
  • Utilize specialized data software to assign Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) codes accurately.
  • Prevent disclosure of Personal Identification Information (PII) in accordance with data protection guidelines.
  • Certify compliance with basic employment criteria and DoD base access requirements prior to the contract start date.
  • Ensure personnel possess the necessary security clearance and a valid DoD Common Access Card (CAC).

Security & Clearance Requirements

  • Must comply with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and DoDI 5200.46 for federal site access.
