Job Description
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to lead the full contract lifecycle of federal government contracts. The successful candidate will oversee contract administration from pre-award through contract closeout while ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. This position serves as a strategic partner to Executive Leadership, Program Management, Finance, Business Development and Human Resources by providing contractual guidance, supporting proposal development, managing contract risk, and ensuring successful execution of federal contracts.
Duties
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal development through contract closeout
  • Communicate with suppliers/vendors for company events and products
  • Perform contract administration functions for all assigned contracts
  • Build and maintain contracts within Unanet ERP
  • Evaluate bids and proposals for compliance, purchase descriptions and applicable clause
  • Assist and provide guidance to develop performance work statements and specification documents

Duties Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Acquisition Management, Government Contracting or a related filed, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and professional contacting certifications.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of managing full contract lifecycle from proposal development through contract closeout
  • NCMA certified professional contracts manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager, (CFCM), DAWIA Contracting Certification or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience working with DCAA-compliant federal government contracting environment

Salary Range
