We are seeking a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager & full charge Bookkeeper to oversee our daily office operations and bookkeeping functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
- Perform full-charge bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, estimates and purchase orders
- Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial information for the company's CPA
- Client interactions and coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Organize business records, contracts, and corporate and legal documents
- Assist executives with scheduling, business support functions, and special projects
- Help coordinate multiple business entities and investment properties
- Maintain insurance policies, licenses, and renewal schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience
- Light accounting experience, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and assisting with month-end close
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required) (desktop /online)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Full background check and verified references required for engagement
