Job description

We are a privately owned investment and professional services company in Delray Beach managing multiple businesses, investment properties, and professional service operations. We are seeking a dependable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager & full charge Bookkeeper to oversee our daily office operations and bookkeeping functions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Perform full-charge bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, estimates and purchase orders
  • Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial information for the company's CPA
  • Client interactions and coordination with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Organize business records, contracts, and corporate and legal documents
  • Assist executives with scheduling, business support functions, and special projects
  • Help coordinate multiple business entities and investment properties
  • Maintain insurance policies, licenses, and renewal schedules

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience
  • Light accounting experience, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and assisting with month-end close
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required) (desktop /online)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
