We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting / Bookkeeping Specialist to help keep the financial side of the business running smoothly as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions that keep our operations organized and financially healthy, including:

  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Invoicing, collections, and job costing support
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Tracking expenses and vendor accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (trade/service industry a plus)
