What The Position is About:

  • Oversee all face-to-face marketing and lead generation departments
  • Manage Call Center, Canvassing, and Show & Event department leaders and build scalable management structures
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of the marketing team
  • Conduct regular one on one coaching and performance reviews
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
  • Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve lead quality and customer response times
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
  • Oversee structured rehash efforts on unsold, canceled, and aging opportunities
  • Create a high-performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
  • Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
