The Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager will be a key leader in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Operations, responsible for orchestrating mission-critical, cross-functional programs that ensure the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of OCI's operational environment. You will partner with engineering, product, security, support, and business teams to deliver high-impact projects and operational excellence at scale. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,300 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs that drive operational resilience, service reliability, and efficiency within OCI.

  • Develop detailed program plans encompassing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation across large distributed teams.

  • Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, make informed trade-off decisions, and facilitate technical discussions across teams.

  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring cross-team transparency and communication.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing operational best practices, automation initiatives, and process optimizations.

  • Facilitate critical meetings and program reviews, providing clear, data-driven program status and actionable updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.

  • Issue & Risk Management: Identify project risks and challenges, drive resolution of technical and organizational blockers, and escalate issues as required.

  • Mentor and support junior program/project managers, championing operational excellence and program management discipline within the OCI Operations organization.
