Proven experience preferably in logistics; operations; or supply chain environments

Roles & Responsibilities
Contracts Program Manager Supplier/Vendor Management (Onsite)
โ€ข Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliers
โ€ข Partner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
โ€ข Drive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
โ€ข Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely execution
โ€ข Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement/transactions
โ€ข Ensure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverables
โ€ข Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operations
โ€ข Maintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycle
Basic Requirements:
โ€ข Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking, prioritization, stakeholder coordination)
โ€ข Experience working with supplier/vendor contracts and SOWs
โ€ข Familiarity with Icertis and legal/contract workflows (CELA) preferred
โ€ข PST support. Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week
