Job Summary:

Monin is seeking a Brand Content Producer to join our Marketing Brand and Communications team, based in Clearwater, FL. This role is responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging visual and written content that supports Monin's marketing, communications, and business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Brand Content Producer will bring campaigns, products, events, and company initiatives to life through photography, videography, multimedia production, creative storytelling, and written content. This role will lead content execution from planning through post-production while overseeing creative asset organization and supporting internal creative requests to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

Develop original content concepts and storytelling opportunities that support brand strategy, audience engagement, and business growth.

Produce engaging content across digital, social, web, email, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business objectives into compelling visual and written storytelling.

Contribute creative ideas and content concepts that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and business objectives.

Video & Photography

Capture and edit photography and video content for internal communications, training initiatives, events, social media, and other special projects.

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale photo and video productions that support brand campaigns and product launches, including development of creative briefs, production schedules, shot lists, call sheets, and project timelines.

Partner with creative agencies, production vendors, photographers, videographers, and freelancers as needed to ensure successful execution from pre-production through post-production.

Optimize visual content for distribution across digital, social, web, email, and internal communication channels.

Creative Asset Management

Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library, ensuring assets are properly archived, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.

Support creative asset governance, brand consistency, and efficient content workflows across the organization.

General

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and content best practices to continuously improve creative output.

Become proficient in the marketing, creative, and asset management platforms utilized by the department.

Coordinate with departments across the organization to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and business priorities.

Uphold and inspire adoption of company mission and values.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Proven experience creating content across social media, digital, web, and marketing channels, including platform-native content for major social platforms.

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and visual storytelling skills.

Experience planning, capturing, and producing photography and video content from concept through post-production.

Strong photography, lighting, photo editing, and video editing capabilities.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related creative tools.

Familiarity with Canva, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging content technologies.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external creative partners.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, including experience managing digital assets and content workflows.

Strong time-management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, coffee, culinary, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods industries.

Experience supporting content creation for product launches, events, trade shows, training initiatives, or brand campaigns.

Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners.

Basic motion graphics or animation experience using After Effects or similar tools.
