Our 120-person team of creatives, strategists, producers, and analysts produces thousands of social ads weekly for beauty, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and top DTC brands. With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global creator network, we're scaling fast-and we need UGC Content Creators who can produce authentic, engaging, high-performing content at volume and speed.

What You'll Do
1. Create High-Performing UGC Videos
  • Film short-form content that feels authentic, unscripted, and native to TikTok/Reels.
  • Deliver on-camera demos, testimonials, unboxings, try-ons, and problem/solution narratives.
  • Adapt your delivery and tone to match each brand's voice and audience.

2. Follow Scripts, Briefs & Creative Direction
  • Interpret storyboards, bullet-point scripts, and performance frameworks.
  • Ensure you hit all required talking points, hooks, CTAs, and product highlights.
  • Collaborate with producers to refine tone, pacing, and angle.

3. Bring Your Own Creative Ideas
  • Suggest hooks, trends, formats, and POVs based on what's performing on social.
  • Help shape creative variations for A/B testing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve believability, storytelling, or clarity.

4. Shoot Clear, Clean, High-Quality Footage
  • Follow deliverable requirements for lighting, framing, audio, and exporting.
  • Adjust setup to various environments to maintain consistency.
  • Deliver raw footage or lightly edited versions as needed.

5. Work With Speed & Reliability
  • Meet deadlines in a high-volume content pipeline.
  • Quickly turn around retakes and additional angles.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and fast-moving production schedules.

Who You Are
1. Natural On Camera
  • Comfortable speaking, reacting, and storytelling in a relatable, human way.
  • Able to convey trust, enthusiasm, and authenticity without sounding scripted.

2. Experienced With UGC or Short-Form Content
  • 1-3 years creating TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts-professionally or independently.
  • Understands pacing, trends, hooks, and performance-driven storytelling.

3. Creative & Trend-Aware
  • You stay on top of platform trends, sounds, formats, and viral patterns.
  • You know what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds.

4. Organized & Reliable
  • Able to follow briefs accurately and deliver on time.

5. Tech-Savvy (Content Level)
