Role Overview

Are you skilled at writing compelling content to win or retain business?

Entegra is hiring a Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of proposal development, including the management of project timelines, allocation of resources, and coordination of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality, competitive submissions. This position integrates strategic project management with advanced writing and editing capabilities to produce compelling, compliant proposal content that aligns with client requirements and organizational objectives.

This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations,

Mid-Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia.

Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE).

Midwest: Chicago (IL); Indianapolis (IN).

Southeast: Dallas (TX); Irving (TX); San Antonio (TX).

What You'll Do
  • Analyze complex RFPs, translating requirements into structured timelines, resource plans, and content strategies.
  • Produce high-quality, professional proposals that consistently meet client specifications and submission deadlines.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple contributors and approvers to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Develop, edit, and enhance proposal content, incorporating established win themes and value propositions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by coordinating input from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Human Resources teams.
  • Utilize proposal management tools, content libraries, standard operating procedures, and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and governance.
  • Drive alignment between Sales and Client Services leadership to support cohesive strategies and successful business outcomes.
