Job description

The Sr. Vehicle Content Optimization Analyst Owns the monthly content performance read and the scenario modeling framework that answers "what happens to volume, margin, and incentive if we make this content or pricing change?" before the decision is made. The analytical bridge between current performance diagnostics and prospective MY decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own the monthly content performance report: track how Stellantis content is performing by nameplate, trim, option, and price band — including incentive support required
  • Build and own the scenario modeling framework: quantify the volume, margin, and incentive impact of proposed content and pricing changes prior to commitment.
  • Build content/pricing/volume elasticity model and sensitivity analysis to inform return on investment in product
  • Deliver product content recommendations for in-market vehicles, as well as future model years
  • Partner with the Market Research Analyst to integrate Voice of Customer and conjoint signals into scenario assumptions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in pricing strategy, product analytics, or commercial analytics
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Strong financial and economic modeling skills; demonstrated experience with scenario or sensitivity modeling
  • Experience translating analytical output into MY planning or pricing decisions
  • Strong written and visual communication; ability to produce executive-ready deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive experience; familiarity with trim content, option packaging, and MY pricing processes.
  • Experience with elasticity or take rate modeling.
  • Familiarity with planning gate processes.
