Job description

Position Summary...The (WF+) Programming team at VIZIO is looking for a Sr. Content Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the AVOD Content Manager, you will execute the programming strategy and merchandising of film and TV episodic content on VIZIO WatchFree+. You will contribute to the editorial voice, programming quality, and overall success of our platform by engaging and growing our audience. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background working with multiple internal stakeholders within the entertainment industry. This role requires strong organizational skills, outstanding time management, and the ability to regularly balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   • Merchandise and execute the programming strategy across WF+ utilizing all available tools, data, and research for VIZIO WF+.
  • Track and optimize all WF+ content priorities across the service.
  • Make recommendations on carousels and storefront optimization to reduce friction for the audience.
  • Test and analyze data to support the success of the programming strategy.
  • Collaborate on programming best practices and strategies.
  • Perform competitive analysis to ensure programming strategy is aligned with VIZIO’s goals and content initiatives.
  • Familiarity and interest in AI to help support and optimize content scheduling and discovery.
  • Execute special projects including back-up scheduling for our FAST Channels. 

What you'll bring:
  • Experience (FAST/AVOD/OTT/SVOD) with a recent focus on content programming and strategy.
  • You have direct experience in programming and scheduling with a CMS (Content Management Systems), especially for FAST Digital Linear Channels/AVOD/VOD.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with a working knowledge of Air Table and are systems savvy.
  • You have excellent project management skills with proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams with an emphasis on strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Broad knowledge and passion for pop culture, TV, film content, and either own or have access to a smart TV.
  • Experience with programming En Español content and/or Spanish speaking is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
