Work Period: September 2026 to December 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week position with two 8-hour days or three 5-hour days onsite in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: This part-time Consumer Insights Intern will support quantitative and qualitative research to influence SharkNinja's development of 5-star products. The ideal candidate will be naturally inquisitive, have strong project management skills, interest in market research, and demonstrate strong strategic and critical thinking skills. He/she will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of data sources and stakeholders including Brand and Product Development.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

  • Support and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer research for trends, insights, and new product development.
  • Assist in the development, management, and execution of research plans.
  • Translate feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into innovation recommendations.
  • Identify potential unmet customer needs that form the basis for new product/feature offerings.
  • Collaborate and plan customer research strategies and manage internal resources to successfully deliver on plans.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, or master's program
  • Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with either two 8-hour days or three 5-hour days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Preference toward those with 1+ years of academic experience in a social science degree program (e.g. psychology or sociology) or is a marketing program, with an excellent academic record
  • Naturally inquisitive
