Essential Functions:

  • Assist in leading the development and execution of robust qualitative and quantitative research plans to uncover consumer needs, category trends, and whitespace opportunities that inform product innovation and business strategy.
  • Help develop and masters an understanding of research tools, knowing when each is applicable or new methods are needed-including surveys, discussion guides, and stimuli-while managing both internal and external research partners to ensure high-quality, timely insights.
  • Translate complex consumer feedback into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence product roadmaps, positioning strategies, and experience design.
  • Identify emerging consumer behaviors and latent needs through primary and secondary research, connecting these to broader cultural and category trends to proactively shape early-stage product concepts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product Development, Marketing, and Design teams-contributing to cross-functional planning, insight activation workshops, and go-to-market development.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workstreams and mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall impact of the insights function.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Psychology, or applicable quantitative discipline.
  • 2+ years of consumer research experience in both qualitative and quantitative research (Market Research Position).
  • Exposure to the CPG industry preferred.
  • Required: training and experience on moderating focus groups and one-on-one interviewing
