What You'll Own:
  • Support multiple construction projects across all phases, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication remain on track
  • Act as a key liaison between Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Lead coordination of OAC and draw meetings, including agenda development, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Track and maintain critical project milestones (e.g., NTP, Substantial Completion, Certificates of Occupancy) and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for construction technology systems (Procore), driving adoption, standardization, and data integrity
  • Manage compliance with federal and state labor regulations (including Section 3 and Davis-Bacon), ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to requirements
  • Oversee certified payroll reporting and labor tracking through systems such as eComply and LCP Tracker
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance, and documentation requirements, including enforcing deadlines tied to draw approvals
  • Support project escalations, including warranty issues, state agency coordination, and third-party inspections
  • Identify and implement process improvements across compliance tracking, reporting workflows, and system utilization to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Provide leadership with clear, accurate reporting on project status, compliance standing, and key project metrics to support decision-making
