Job description

Position Purpose Summary:

DEPLOY's client is seeking a qualified ERP Analyst to join their growing team.

This role will be responsible for providing direct ERP system support and updating system configuration for conversions as well as integrating newly acquired companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

Perform direct application support for ERP systems where necessary and updating and maintaining system configuration, setup, and application.

Aid in establishing best practices for the utilization of the ERP system, Epicor Eclipse, as well as supporting applications that interface with the ERP

Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides.

Train end users on the proper use of the ERP and its companion products as well as creating re-usable - documents, videos, and other on-demand resources to streamline the implementation process.

Knowledge of the Eclipse Warehouse Management System (WMS) to aid in establishing best practices for implementation and aiding sites to use WMS.

Facilitate the migration of acquired companies to Epicor Eclipse including standard operating procedure review and modification based on business needs.

Provide detailed ERP systems requirements for product development, evaluating development projects and tailoring the development process to meet project needs.

Write and execute functional test plans to ensure ERP system changes or custom development.

Able to work independently to execute functional test plans and develop draft documentation; may need to consult with ERP Manager and/or IT team to resolve more complex technical support issues.


Work / Problem Complexity: Largely standard IT ERP coding and implementation.

This role is enterprise-wide, supporting all Heritage businesses.

Certifications: None required
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in an ERP Analyst or equivalent role required.
Eclipse ERP support experience required.

Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong technical and functional knowledge of the Eclipse ERP solutions
Thorough understanding of business processes
