Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring program and project documentation on required platforms (Share-point, owner furnished PMIS, etc.) including managing reporting, compliance with naming convention(s), frequency of required updates, and accuracy. Files are subject to audit reviews by outside entities, and may require assistance.
  • Review of professional service agreements and construction contracts prior to submitting to owner for processing, and ensuring contractual requirements are being followed.
  • This person will be working closely with construction project managers and the team's leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Science/Management or other related fields preferred.
  • Experience in construction document control processes as well as utilizing project management software such as Kahua and/or Procore.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and in written and verbal communication.
  • Must be proficient in the use of the full MS Office suite, to include Share-point, Oracle, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of public purchasing and procurement requirements is a plus.
  • Certification in applicable fields desired, but not necessary.
