Job description

Job Title: CSM - Construction Project Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract About the role Description: You will need to be the advocate of our internal IT Department, and liaison between IT and upper management. You will help create and monitor a standard of success metrics, develop a plan to increase those metrics over time, while maintaining department employee retention, managing risk, and ensuring management is satisfied with our service in general. You will be building long-lasting relationships, but may need to act as a moderator at times to ensure everyone is successful at Rosendin. Must be willing to travel and be comfortable on large construction jobsites. Much of this role will be gathering feedback from field leadership and helping to document and implement improvements to current and new software applications, the majority of which will be Oracle Fusion based, many custom APEX applications and some 3rd party software applications. Requirements: Experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Experience in time keeping, material tracking, warehouse applications Experience in lean / agile / SCRUM management methodologies. Experience with software development / implementation lifecycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required – will be interacting regularly with mid-senior level executives. Organization is key; ability to schedule meetings, create effective agendas that lead to actionable decisions is imperative. Experience with analytics tools and ability to show ROI and value adds to C-level execs. Must be able to track & analyze your own success metrics. Travel up to 30%. Preferences: Engineering, Industrial, healthcare, military or Construction Project/Program Management experience is preferred 2-5 years CSM (or similar) experience is preferred.
