Were currently expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join us as Remote Customer Care Manager. In this role, guide clients through research, booking coordination, and overall support, ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and managing details in a fast-paced remote environment. No prior industry experience is required we provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans

  • Research, compare, and confirm travel reservation options using approved systems

  • Provide clear, accurate information and tailored recommendations

  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Handle booking updates, changes, and service-related requests efficiently

  • Maintain organized and accurate client documentation

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications
