AAA, the nation's largest automobile club, is hiring in Nashville and offering positions in customer service. We're looking for qualified individuals to fill these temp to hire positions. Those hired will initially be employed through Randstad Staffing. Individuals will then have the opportunity to convert to regular AAA employment, as positions become available throughout the year.

Looking for a career opportunity with an industry leader in the customer service field? The Nashville Emergency Roadside Assistance Department is expanding their Operation and are currently hiring ERS Customer Service Representatives.
Next training Classes:

AAA offers a comprehensive training curriculum to prepare individuals for success. We also offer ongoing professional development and opportunities for career advancement. The training schedule is Full-Time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. After training, full time afternoon/evening shifts are available. Both weekend days are required.
The position is a Customer Advocate in our Emergency Roadside Customer Service call center. This position involves taking incoming calls from AAA members that need roadside assistance. The Customer Advocate position would start as a Full-time, temp-to-hire position through Randstad Staffing with a potential opportunity to convert into a regular AAA position in the future.
The training for this position would be paid and would last for 4 weeks, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am -5:00 pm then you would start your regular shift. The shifts that are currently available are part-time day and evening hours and they do include working every Saturday and Sunday and may include holidays. Your days off would be during the week.
Mandatory overtime is expected during our peak business periods.
These positions are being offered on a Temp to Hire basis. Those hired will initially be employed through Randstad Staffing. Individuals will then have the opportunity to apply for regular AAA employment, as positions become available throughout the year. Initially, employees are eligible for benefits through Randstad, and if converted to AAA, employee will enjoy a full range of competitive AAA benefits including medical, dental and retirement plans.

Base Pay: $11.00-$11.50/hour plus shift differential
