Requirements:
Must be able to type 50+ WMP, work flexible hours, dependable, professional customer service skills, experience with office equipment, personal computer, copier, fax, scanner, calculator and fax machine.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, faxes and emails pertaining to customer questions
  • Take pickup requests
  • Enter rate requests on behalf of customers
  • Investigate all overages, shortages and damages to determine the cause and responsibility so that future occurrences may be prevented
  • Reimburse customers for damage to or loss of freight through claim process
  • Perform other work related duties as requested
