Job description

Construction Business Development / Marketing position at large construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.

Build, organize, and maintain CRM/business development database. Provides meeting and logistics support for internal and industry events. Developing and maintaining strong relationship with building owners and general contractors.

Manage and review all client presentations and project requirements with team using marketing process. Requirements: Local Stable work history. Strong analytical and research skills.

3+ years of experience in Business Development/Marketing in construction. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field is preferred Software knowledge in Microsoft Office, among others CRM/Design Software are preferred.
