We are currently searching for an Assistant Project Manager who can effectively assist with estimate and manage various insulation projects from residential to commercial.


As an Assistant Project Manager you will assist the Sales Team/Project Manager with the following duties:


Job Duties:

  • Prepare project estimates by gathering information from contractors, on site and architectural plans.
  • Review plans and specifications, attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work.
  • Communicate with customers, architects, engineers, and other stake holders to clarify project requirements.
  • Generate and present proposals to potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate and supervise project activities, including materials, delivery, installation, quality control and safety.
  • Work closely with the production department and field crew to ensure each project is scheduled correctly and completed as proposed.
Requirements:


  • 2 yearโ€™s experience estimating in the construction industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficient in Math, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of insulation products, materials, and methods.
  • Architectural plan reading ability
  • High School Diploma
  • Driverโ€™s license with a good record
  • Able to work flexible hours to accommodate customers or the need to be available for production department.
