Vil du være med å bygge opp Configuration Management som egen funksjon hos Nammo Raufoss? Dette er en nyopprettet stilling med stor påvirkning, tett samarbeid med prosjekt, QA og design, og en sjelden mulighet til å forme hvordan CM skal utføres i en høyteknologisk industribedrift med et tydelig samfunnsoppdrag.

Nå etablerer vi en egen stilling for CM, og søker deg som vil være med å forme hvordan dette skal fungere hos oss. Frem til nå har CM vært ivaretatt av prosjektene, QA og designmiljøene våre. Nå ønsker vi å samle og videreutvikle dette arbeidet, og du får en sentral rolle i dette. I rollen får du jobbe tett på prosjekt, engineering, kvalitet og produksjon. Du vil bidra til bedre kontroll på produktkonfigurasjoner, endringer, dokumentasjon og sporbarhet gjennom hele livsløpet. Dette er en rolle med stor påvirkning. Du får være med å definere hva god Configuration Management skal bety i Aerospace Propultion, hvordan CM skal organiseres, og hvordan vi best støtter prosjektene våre i praksis.

  • Du vil ha ansvar for at våre prosjekter implementerer og utfører konfigurasjon og endringsstyring iht våre kontrakter og interne krav.
  • Bidra til økt sporbarhet og etterlevelse av relevante krav og standarder.
  • Samarbeide tett med prosjektledelse, R&D, QA og produksjon.
  • Utarbeide og vedlikeholde detaljerte Configuration Management Planer for våre prosjekter.
  • Bidra til å videreutvikle felles arbeidsmetodikk og beste praksis på tvers av organisasjonen.
  • Fagskole, Bachelor eller relevant arbeidserfaring.
  • Erfaring med Product Lifecycle Management og Change Management.
  • Meget gode norsk og engelsk kunnskaper, skriftlig og muntlig.
