In this role, you will manage configuration and change activities, including configuration identification, control, design, and maintenance. You will support engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams by ensuring accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) releases, hardware configuration control, engineering change notices (ECN), and new product development processes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity and supporting a high-volume, Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing environment. Position is located in Southeast, WI Key Responsibilities Implement sales specifications, BOMs, and routing structures to support MTO manufacturing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and ensure compliance with configuration management policies Provide solutions for complex configuration and change management challenges Coordinate product changes with engineering and manufacturing teams Drive timely part setups, BOM releases, and changes for new product introductions Assess impact of change requests and manage full implementation, including ECN tracking and release planning Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on systems and reporting Structure new products and resolve issues related to product configuration Support projects beyond ERP configurator role, including eCommerce, document management, and barcoding systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or other relevant technical area 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-3 years of experience in IT systems configuration and implementation including performing configuration item identification preferred Experience in JD Edwards or CPQ software Experience in CreateForms, DSI, Power BI, and/or Hubble preferred Configuration management certifications preferred such as Configuration Management II (CMII) and CM Principles & Implementation (CMPIC) Why 4Front?
