Job description


We are hiring a SR Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate Oracle Health PathNet Blood Bank consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.
NOTE: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance

  • Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
  • Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
  • Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
  • Complete complex system configurations independently
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
  • Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
  • Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
  • Drive tools development and troubleshooting
  • Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Blood Bank product(s).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
