  • Help maintain a smooth, organized front desk operation that reflects RUI's hospitality standards.
What You'll Bring
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, people-focused environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset and commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Why You'll Love Working at RUI
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued.
  • Beautiful resort-style community designed to inspire both residents and employees.
  • Hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
  • Career growth opportunities within a growing organization committed to promoting from within.
  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Pet Insurance.
  • Tuition Reimbursement and College Partnership Programs to support your future.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Employee Referral Bonus Program.
  • Complimentary daily meals.
  • A meaningful role where you help create a welcoming first impression and elevate the daily experience for everyone in the community.

At RUI, you're more than a Concierge-you're the face of the community and a key part of creating a warm, hospitality-driven environment. Join us and build a career where your energy, professionalism, and kindness make a lasting impact.
