RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upgrade service customers from their current vehicle or buy their current vehicle for our preowned inventory
  • Assist customers coming in for service to learn of opportunities available to help upgrade their current vehicle
  • Call service appointments prior to arrival
  • Send communications offering upgrade opportunities and following up with service customers to offer our inventory
  • Present a vehicle buyback value for conquest customers or a presentation of options to upgrade their current vehicle to one in our inventory.
  • Call KBB leads and schedule appointment to buy their vehicle
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • No sales experience required!
  • A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
  • Steady work history and is committed to starting a new career
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
