Spa at Montgomery - Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa

*WEEKENDS REQUIRED*

We are excited to hire a Part-Time Spa Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and serve as the initial point of contact for guests visiting our spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet each guest upon arrival at the spa and offer them a beverage to enhance their experience.
  • Provide comprehensive information about the spa's services, treatments, classes, and activities, ensuring guests are well-informed and can make informed choices.
  • Schedule appointments for all spa services and effectively communicate any add-ons or modifications to the treatment staff.
