Required Qualifications:

  • Professional training, facilitation, or instructor-led training experience
  • Experience supporting Health & Human Services, social services, public assistance, or a closely related government program
  • Previous experience delivering services or training for a county government
  • Experience conducting both virtual and in-person training
  • Strong presentation, communication, and classroom-management skills
  • Ability to travel to DPSS locations throughout Riverside County, including Blythe
  • Available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred Experience:

  • CalSAWS, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, IHSS, eligibility, or DPSS program knowledge
  • Adult-learning, train-the-trainer, curriculum-delivery, or end-user system-training experience

Target pay range: $65–$80 per hour
