Description
Role: This position will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business systems and applications within the organization. This role involves analyzing business needs, configuring systems solutions, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally to support business operations and objectives. This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in St Paul, MN.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
System Administration:
  • Ensure the continuous operation and optimization of business systems including software updates, patches and troubleshooting issues
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and roles withing business systems.
  • Regularly monitor system performance and address any issues to minimize downtime.

Systems Analysis
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Analyze business needs and design system solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Execute test plans to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and do not disrupt existing functionality.

Support
  • Deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient with business systems and processes
  • Provide tier 2/3 support for system related issues
  • Work with vendors and IT staff as necessary
  • Investigate troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

Other Duties
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation

Requirements
Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses
  • Minimum High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years application administration, analysis and support experience
  • Microsoft Certification or equivalent practical job experience required
  • Advanced skill level for Microsoft Windows server/desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office is required
  • Experience with DNA, Card Wizard, MeridianLink, Q2, ITM, Ring Central, Cash Recyclers, tMagic/Check21, Nautilus, Office365, Azure a plus

Demonstrated Knowledge
  • Experience in application support, application implementation, application development, systems administration, business systems analysis and system training in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Some experience in direct or indirect team or group leadership - project management, work team supervision, etc.
  • Direct administration and/or implementation experience business applications directly responsible to administer
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and business analysis skills
  • Well organized, efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Must possess exceptional organizational, leadership, and project management skills, with proven capability in leading network and infrastructure projects and workgroups

Communication Skills
Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit an stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs. Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate the changing needs of the credit union

The salary range for this position is: $91,99.44 - $114.249.30. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
