At Post Consumer Brands, we’re building the best of both worlds: the resources and impact of a big company with a culture that still feels human, flexible, and energized. Our purpose is simple and meaningful: to make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all. If you’re someone who loves connecting the dots between business needs and smart technology, this is where you can make your mark.
About the Role
As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be the trusted partner who helps our teams work smarter by improving business processes, translating needs into clear requirements, and leveraging SaaS and enterprise platforms to simplify how work gets done. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions, support acquisitions integration, and keep systems well-documented, tested, and ready for what’s next.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver tactical enhancements aligned to service expectations and SLAs.
  • Serve as Level 3 escalation support, driving root-cause analysis and preventing recurring issues.
  • Own requirements outcomes end-to-end: discovery, process mapping, functional specs, test scenarios/scripts, and systems integration testing.
  • Help define project scope, success criteria, schedule, resources, and budget needs, supporting Project Managers and business leaders.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions that are scalable, cost-effective, and user-friendly; participate in selection activities and RFP evaluations.
  • Design and document integrations across systems and acquired businesses; collaborate with IT to ensure alignment with standards.
  • Create and maintain system documentation (user guides, technical documentation, operational procedures) and support upgrades.
  • Build and maintain an IT-enabled solutions roadmap, identifying technical debt, capability gaps, and opportunities to optimize/automate.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training/support for end users - ensuring adoption, confidence, and continuity.

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience as an IT/IS Business Systems Analyst supporting medium-to-large projects.
  • Strong capability in business requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specs, data flow documentation, test planning, and test scripting.
  • Experience designing system-to-system integrations.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, build structure, influence priorities, and manage conflict constructively.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and positively influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple corporate functions (Marketing, Regulatory, HR, R&D/Product Commercialization).
  • SaaS/cloud package selection, deployment, upgrades, and support; participation in RFP evaluations.
  • JD Edwards (or similar ERP) functional experience.
  • PLM systems/process experience.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Make a visible impact: You’ll feel your handprint on solutions that improve how work gets done across the business.
  • Do big things—with real support: Strong resources, modern platforms, and collaborative teams help you deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Be a trusted advisor: This role is built on relationships—partnering closely with stakeholders and influencing what happens next.
  • Grow with momentum: Work that blends strategy and execution, continuous improvement, and opportunities to expand your skills.
