  • Build and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ROI, marketing effectiveness, operating expenses, headcount, productivity, and business performance
  • Analyze trends in spending, workforce investments, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders
  • Partner with functional leaders to evaluate strategic investments and measure financial outcomes against business objectives
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical processes across the organization
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to assigned departments by providing data-driven recommendations and financial guidance
  • Support preparation of presentations and analysis for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects that provide actionable insights for critical business decisions

  • Support the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned departments and business functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Working proficiency in SQL, including the ability to extract, join, aggregate, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Experience integrating, reconciling, and validating financial, commercial, and operational data across multiple systems
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, measurable outcomes, and actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly to executive, technical, and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Med-Tech, DME, healthcare, health insurance, or another highly regulated industry
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, metric definitions, performance-measurement methodologies, and reporting governance
  • Experience building reusable datasets, semantic models, and scalable self-service reporting solutions
  • Experience conducting root-cause, trend, scenario, ROI, and performance-driver analyses
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and documenting data sources, transformation logic, assumptions, and quality controls
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business platforms, including integrating data across multiple sources
  • Experience with reporting automation, process improvement, analytics adoption, and change management initiatives
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, DOMO, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable analytics and data-transformation tools

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Experience analyzing financial, operational, workforce, and performance metrics.
