Job description

As an IT Support Specialist you are responsible for supporting company technology systems, troubleshooting hardware and
software issues, and assisting employees with day-to-day technical support. This role works closely with leadership,
store teams, and vendors to ensure technology systems remain operational and efficient.
What You'll Do as a IT Support Specialist:
  • Provide technical support for store and corporate team members
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network issues
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of computers, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices
  • Support company email systems, passwords, and user access management
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
  • Assist with system updates, software installations, and equipment maintenance
  • Monitor and help maintain company security and data protection practices
  • Support onboarding and setup for new employees and locations
  • Document technical issues and resolutions
  • Travel to store locations as needed for support and installations

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous IT support or technical experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
