IT Support Specialist
Lincoln, Nebraska, USA
The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. As the face of IT for all users in the company, this role requires a persistent and dependable work ethic with strong customer service skills.
This is a position in a highly collaborative environment working with other skilled professionals. The role offers competitive pay and vast opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities
• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for end users.
• Monitor and respond quickly to requests received through our internal task order system.
• Responsible for the maintenance and operations of computer systems and networks.
• Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange site maintenance and operations
• Assume other duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred
• Desire to support local users in a helpdesk role; experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
