Job Title: Data Center Operations Supervisor
Summary: The Data Center Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the computer operations within the data center. This role involves managing the day-to-day assignments of staff, ensuring the performance of production systems, and maintaining system availability. The supervisor will also prepare performance metrics and collaborate with IT groups to meet service objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise computer operations within the data center.
  • Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor their work performance.
  • Manage daily activities to resolve problems and address change management issues.
  • Ensure production systems meet online response time requirements.
  • Maintain system availability and prepare metrics for systems performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with IT groups and users to ensure service objectives are met.
  • Mentor and manage technical staff.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
