Job description

Direct and oversee all daily operations, both administrative and clinical services, for the Sleep Center (lab and outpatient clinic). Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating the operations of the office & clinic which includes supervising all office personnel, billing and collection procedures within the office, monitoring delivery of patient services, planning for space allocation, and acting as liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals and senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience preferably in Physician practice or clinic setting; previous experience with billing, coding, payroll and customer service preferred. SKILLS: Strong communication and public relation skills required. Knowledge of adult learning model required. Ability to provide direction and leadership to others. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Excellent organization skills required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher preferred. Knowledge of billing, coding and reconciliation processes
