You'll have an existing customer base, full territory autonomy, and everything you need to run your territory like a business.   • Drive Results: Achieve sales and margin goals across all AirTech equipment offerings; budget and maintain market share targets; deliver consistent results through the COMMIT process and a clearly defined sales approach.
  • Build Solutions & Pipeline: Coordinate with regional resources to design customer-centric system solutions; master product knowledge, system design, and prospecting; maintain a highly predictable pipeline.
  • Maintain Accountability: Keep cleanly organized activity, opportunity tracking, and customer interaction details in CRM; maintain excellent communication with associates and customers; recognize problem areas and take corrective action proactively.
