Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) ingenieur(e) electrique experimente(e) pour rejoindre une equipe multidisciplinaire composee d'ingenieurs et de techniciens (mecanique, electrique, outillage, methodes). La personne retenue sera responsable de concevoir et de realiser l'ensemble des systemes electriques et d'automatisation necessaires au fonctionnement de machines ou de systemes industriels, depuis le concept jusqu'a la mise en service chez le client.

  • Concevoir et developper les systemes electriques et d'automatisation a partir des concepts definis par l'equipe.
  • Realiser les schemas electriques ainsi que les dessins des panneaux principaux, panneaux auxiliaires et boites de jonction.
  • Selectionner les composantes electriques appropriees et assurer la communication avec les fournisseurs afin d'obtenir des equipements conformes aux exigences.
  • Superviser la reception et la validation des composantes electriques.
  • Encadrer les techniciens electriques lors de la fabrication et de l'assemblage des panneaux.
  • Concevoir et programmer les systemes de controle (automates programmables - PLC).
  • Programmer les robots industriels, lorsque requis, et assurer leur integration avec les autres composantes du systeme.
  • Effectuer le demarrage, les essais et la mise en service des systemes une fois l'assemblage complete.
  • Superviser le fonctionnement des equipements, diagnostiquer les problematiques et apporter les ajustements necessaires jusqu'a l'atteinte des objectifs de performance.
  • Collaborer avec les clients tout au long du processus d'approbation, en usine et sur site.
  • Se deplacer chez les clients pour l'installation, la mise en service et le support technique.
  • Preparer la documentation technique complete (manuels d'instruction, guides d'operation, etc.).

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians (mechanical, electrical, tooling, and methods). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the complete electrical and automation systems required for machines or industrial systems, from concept through to commissioning and client handover.

  • Design and develop complete electrical and automation systems based on concepts defined by the engineering team.
  • Produce electrical designs and documentation, including schematics, main control panels, auxiliary panels, and junction boxes.
  • Select appropriate electrical components and communicate with suppliers to ensure optimal equipment selection and compliance with project requirements.
  • Supervise the reception and validation of electrical components.
  • Oversee electrical technicians during the fabrication and assembly of control panels.
  • Develop and program control systems for selected PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
  • Program and integrate industrial robots when applicable, ensuring seamless interaction with the overall system.
  • Perform system startup, testing, and commissioning once the mechanical and electrical systems are complete.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary adjustments to meet design objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients throughout the system approval process, both in-house and on-site.
  • Travel to client sites for equipment installation, commissioning, and support.
  • Prepare all required technical documentation, including user manuals, operation guides, and system documentation.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL A NOTRE REUSSITE 

  • 5 a 10 ans d'experience en ingenierie electrique, automatisation ou systemes industriels.
  • Capacite demontree a concevoir et realiser des systemes electriques complets, de la conception a la mise en service.
  • Solides connaissances en conception electrique, systemes de controle et automatisation industrielle.
  • Experience en programmation d'automates (PLC) ; la connaissance des systemes Allen-Bradley est un atout.
  • Experience en programmation et integration de robots (atout).
  • Connaissances generales en pneumatique et hydraulique.
  • Maitrise d'AutoCAD (atout).
  • Experience en collaboration avec des fournisseurs et en environnement manufacturier.
  • Bilinguisme francais / anglais essentiel (communications frequentes avec clients et fournisseurs).
  • L'espagnol constitue un atout.
  • Disponibilite pour voyager (passeport valide et sans restriction).
  • Bon esprit d'equipe, autonomie et excellentes aptitudes en resolution de problemes.
  • Approche terrain et capacite a evoluer autant en bureau qu'en milieu industriel.

    • Proven ability to design and implement complete electrical and automation systems from concept to commissioning.

    • Experience in robot programming and integration is an asset.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD is an asset.
    • Strong experience working with suppliers and in a manufacturing environment.
