Job description

Role :Hardware Engineer
Location: Palo Alto , California, USA – onsite
Duration Contract

  • Strong experience in automotive hardware design (5–8 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of automotive hardware development lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge on electronics components selection and Obsolesce management of electronic components
  • Expertise in schematic design, PCB design and layout review, and Gerber updates
  • Familiarity with tools such as Alegro, ORCAD, Altium, Cadence, Mentor, ORCAD, or equivalent
  • Board design document preparation and perform design analysis.
  • Experience in board level testing and functional testing
  • Experience with ECUs, embedded hardware, or automotive electronic components
  • Exposure to EV, ADAS, automotive camera interfaces such as GMSL2, FPD LINK, MIPI etc.
  • Ensure adherence to automotive standards and processes AEC-Q, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ASPICE, APQP, and PPAP.
  • Experience working with global OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers is added advantage
