Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify mechanical and electrical issues in BMW vehicles accurately.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance and longevity.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting procedures to diagnose, repair and test drive complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems efficiently with genuine BMW parts, adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with service advisors, parts department staff, and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service operations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest BMW technologies, service procedures, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the BMW standards of excellence, workmanship and attention to detail in all service and repair tasks, ensuring customer safety, satisfaction and loyalty. 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and knowledge working on BMW vehicles required
  • BMW Associate, Member, Certified or Master status preferred
  • Prior certifications such as ASE are a plus
  • Strong automotive background
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required
