Job Summary:
The Regulatory Assistant works under the direction of the Compliance Administrators to assist in preparing items needed to send to clinics and to maintain the completion of all Regulatory Compliance orders.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains individual client companies’ regulatory compliance results using a medical record database.
- Assist in the development of the Regulatory Compliance program and the operating procedures.
- Process customer Employee's physical documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies using standard procedures, or returning incomplete documents to the clinic for resolution.
- Verify results received are correct and complete, and then send, copy, scan, or file appropriately.
- Assemble Physical examination “kits” containing all necessary paperwork, drug test supplies, and lab tubes and prepare the kit to be shipped via shipping service.
- Interact directly with clinics to ensure all necessary onboarding documents are properly submitted.
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to complete special projects as assigned.
- Good Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Complete tasks and assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Regular on-site attendance
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of 2 Years of data related Administration, preferably in a medical facility
